Friday 24th April, it’s a pleasure to -hosting a special class featuring restorative yoga and a gentle breathing practice, followed by a soothing Sound Bath by experienced sound therapist, musician. vocalist & doula, Kate Markham
Kate holds a nurturing space, exploring with the gentle sounds of crystal bowls, delicate chimes and her soft voice washing over. An opportunity for you to pause, rest and recharge!
Including yoga, all your relaxation comfort (many props), refreshments, and the sound bath the fee is £16
