Mum & Baby Yoga (6 Months +)
Mindful and nourishing time for you & your baby!
You will practice Yoga stretches and entertain your little one with action songs and rhymes. The class is designed to help you regain your balance, strengthen, and relieve tension. It offers fun exercises to capture your little one’s attention.
We alternate movements involving baby and movements where he/she is simply watching / crawling or toddling around you. Suitable for mums with babies who are sitting up, crawling or about to. From about 6 months until about 12 months old. Suits all abilities, including Yoga first timers. Carers and dads also welcome.
Mum & Baby Yoga (2 Months +)
Easy stretches and movements for mums to help recover from pregnancy, work on posture, re-tone the core and pelvic floor.
Lots of interaction opportunities with baby through sounds and fun sequences.
Little ones are involved throughout the session.
Compared to your other mum & baby activity, this is a relaxing and balancing class where mums also get nurtured.
Bonding time guaranteed. Carers and dads welcome.
Designed for all abilities, all ages & fitness levels, this class includes 2 x 15-mins guided relaxation practices, lying comfortably in a silky hammock, and some gentle stretches out of the fabric. The hammocks are hung low for easy in & out of access. They are made of high-density nylon that can hold 20 stones each. No previous Yoga or Aerial experience needed, this is an easy & relaxing class to help alleviate stress and help you feel uplifted & rested all at once!
