Designed ti help you have fun with your own people! Family members, friends, colleagues of all abilities, ages & fitness levels, this class includes a floating guided relaxation to start and finish
A truly restful and restorative experience lying comfortably in a silky hammock and with postures using the hammock for deep rear.
This is aneasy class! No acrobatics involved. The hammocks are hung low for easy in & out of access. They are made of high-density nylon that can hold 20 stones each.
No previous Yoga or Aerial experience needed, this will help alleviate stress, remove any sense of rush and emotional fatigue.
You will leave feeling uplifted + physically and mentally rested!
This class is for the mind and gentle on the body, it doesn’t require core strength.
