About the event
Designed for all abilities, all ages & fitness levels, this class includes a guided relaxation to start and finish plus restorative practices, lying comfortably in a silky hammock and on the mat out of the fabric.
The hammocks are hung low for easy in & out of access. They are made of high-density nylon that can hold 20 stones each.
No previous Yoga or Aerial experience needed, this is an easy & relaxing class to help alleviate stress, help you feel uplifted and be a great start to your 2026 Wellness journey!
