About the event
Designed for all abilities, all ages & fitness levels, this class includes two guided relaxation practices, lying comfortably in a silky hammock, and 60 minutes gentle restorative postures: supported stretches on the mat, out of the fabric.
We are addding 30 mintues to the classic aerial relaxation class, for an extra restful and rejuvenating experience.
New to yoga with a silky hammock? That's ok, the hammocks are hung low for easy in & out of access. They are made of high-density nylon that can hold 20 stones each. No previous Yoga or Aerial experience is needed, this is an easy & relaxing class to help alleviate stress and help you feel uplifted & rested all at once!
