Venue is Charlton Lodge the new scouts hut in the heart of Knutsford town centre.
Lovely clean space. I provide mats and all the comfort - Just bring a light blanket or muslin cloth for baby.
Exercises involve easy to follow action songs & sequences to help baby's motor development and help promote restful sleep.
This class is suitable for babies aged about 6-10 months old, sitting up or about to, crawling or trying to. No previous yoga experience needed.
