A pure wellness morning for mothers & babies co-hosted with Kate Markham!
Kate is an experienced doula, sound therapist, singer, space holder and community musician based in Poynton.
Enjoy 30 minutes of baby yoga followed by the soothing sounds of Kate in a comfortable feeding, sitting or supported lying down position.
The session will finish with time to unwind & chat around a hot drink and healthy snacks.
