Yoga is ideal exercise for pregnancy, keeping your body supple, relaxed and strong, plus helping you connect with local mums-to-be.
Suitable from 14 weeks pregnant, right until the end of term.
Every Wednesday 19.00-20.15 at a new venue in Knutsford: the Tatton room at Curzon cinema in Knutsford WA16 0PE
Free parking.
Also daytime on Tuesdays 12.45-1.45pm at Charlton Lodge in Knutsford WA16 6JD and Tuesdays 5.45-7pm in Northwich.
No previous yoga experience is necessary.
