Stretch, strengthen, improve your core and relieve tension. Learn to involve your baby in Yoga.
NEW every Weds 12.30-1.15pm
Venue is Davenham Methodist Church CW9 8JD, in the heart of Davenham village next to Kingsmead & Northwich
Lovely clean space. Bring a mat and a light blanket or muslin cloth for baby.
Exercises involve easy to follow action songs & sequences to help baby's motor development and help promote restful sleep.
This class is ideally suitable for babies aged about 6-10 months old, sitting up or about to, crawling or trying to.
