Comfortable stretching and gentle strengthening for mums, mixed with sequences involving babies that help digestion, motor development and promote restful sleep.
Suitable for babies not yet crawling from 2 months old until approx 7months
Suitable if you have twins - I can practice with one of the babies or you can bring a helper
