About the event
Yoga is ideal exercise for pregnancy, keeping your body supple, relaxed and strong, plus helping you connect with local mums-to-be.
Suitable from 14 weeks pregnant, right until the end of term.
Every Tuesday 5.45-7pm at a new venue in Northwich 52 Witton street opposite Iceland.
Free parking at Sainsbury a couple of minutes walk away.
No class on 22nd July 2025
No previous yoga experience is necessary.
