30-min lying down to lay the foundation of an efficient core function!
Suitable for men and women, if you haven’t got children, if you sit at a desk for long periods
Suitable if you dislike the traditional abdominal workouts or they’re not suitable for you due to back or neck pain
Suitable from 6 weeks post caesarean birth, 3 weeks post physiological birth
