Pregnancy Sound Bath & Relaxation

We will start the class with a chat around herbal tea and Q & A with experienced doula Kate!

We’ll carry on with a comfortable guided relaxation to the most gentle sounds of Kate’s crystal bowls, voice and chimes!

We’ll come around gently with mindful movements to help reduce stiffness & promote vitality.

This will be a super special event co-hosted with Kate Markham: experienced doula, sound therapist, singer, space holder and community musician based in Poynton.

Suitable from 14 weeks pregnancy right until the end of term. Comfort lying down guaranteed with bolsters, blankets and pillows.
