About the event
We will start the class with a comfortable guided relaxation to the sounds of Kate’s crystal bowls, voice and chimes!
We’ll come around gently with mindful movements to help reduce stiffness and promote vitality and strength.
This will be a super special class co-hosted with Kate Markham: experienced doula, sound therapist, singer, space holder and community musician based in Poynton.
Suitable from 14 weeks pregnancy right until the end of term.
