About the event
Designed for all abilities, all ages & fitness levels, this 75-min class includes a guided relaxation to start and finish, plus restorative practices, lying comfortably in a silky hammock, and on the mat out of the fabric.
The hammocks are hung low for easy in & out of access. They are made of high-density nylon that can hold 20 stones each.
No previous Yoga or Aerial experience needed, this is an easy & relaxing class to help alleviate stress, help you feel uplifted and be a great add-on to your 2026 Wellness!
For this special experience floating into bliss and herbal tea to finish
Minimum 6 and maximum 8 people - £20 pp
This class is for the mind and gentle on the body, it doesn’t require core strength.
