Summer Solstice 2024 Yoga & Relaxation

Sophie and me will be guiding you through a short but sweet, uplifiting and contemplative experience at the Moor park in Knutsford, followed by a summer yoga practice at  Charlton Lodge!

Expect nature mindfulness outdoor, breathing / pranayama practices, reflection time, gentle yoga and a precious Yoga Nidra relaxation infused by your summer intentions. We will reflect and deepen our connection to the strenght & flow of Nature as the Solstice approaches!

We will reflect on the symbol of the longer days & shortest nights, review our goals and what no longer serves us. We will conclude the experience with a seasonal herbal tea blend. 8-10pm - £18 pp
