Don't miss this new webinar from the Pregnancy, Baby and You Cheshire Team sharing key information and practice for birth partners to be efficient help in labour.

Hosted by two experienced Prenatal Yoga teachers and birth preparation facilitators Saffron and Maryline who have over 30 years combined experience supporting women and couples in the run up to giving birth!

This class will suit pregnant women, birth partners, student birth workers and anyone interested in the practical applications of breathing, movements and massage for childbirth.

Saffron and Maryline will share all their tips for a smooth set-up for birth at home or hospital.

This info will be useful to all birth scenarios whether labour starts spontaneously or by induction, and relevant if you are preparing for a caesarean birth.
