A UNIQUE SELF CARE GATHERING FOR DOULAS, BREASTFEEDING EXPERTS, and PRE & POSTNATAL WELLNESS PRACTITIONERS and MORE ✨
Whether you work with pregnancy, birth, postnatal families, or in healthcare more broadly (GPs, nurses and therapists are warmly welcome), this evening is an opportunity to receive support yourself.
Friday 03rd July, it’s a pleasure to co-host a special class featuring restorative yoga and a gentle breathing practice, followed by a soothing Sound Bath by experienced sound therapist, musician. vocalist & doula, Kate Markham from By the Moon Doula.
Kate holds a nurturing space, exploring with the gentle sounds of crystal bowls, delicate chimes and her soft voice washing over. An opportunity for you to pause, rest and recharge!
Including yoga, all your relaxation comfort (many props), refreshments, and the sound bath the fee is £25
No previous yoga or sound bath experience needed.
