About the event
I'm more of an evening yoga practitioner, I love a little time on the mat before bed in Autumn/ Winter. Come share a few calming techniques with me to finish the day lovely & calm. Expect a combination of light movement, mindful breathing and guided relaxation to iron out any tension before you prepare for bed.
Every 2 weeks Mondays. The class is recorded and a link sent out to you after class in case our timetables don't quite match!
You have access to it until the next class.

Please have some mat space, a blanket and thick cushion or bolster ready.
