FEEDBACK & HOW TO BOOK YOUR NEXT IN-PERSON CLASS
Throughout my years of sharing Pregnancy Yoga s in Manchester city centre and Cheshire (Northwich and Knutsford), mums have told me that a practice brings on the best night sleep in the week.
From practicing in-person and helping themselves at home as well with audio and video resources, mums pick up many tips and tricks for their serene pregnancy and peaceful appraoch towards birth .
I hear regularly that the practicing transforms mums perception of birth. They gain confidence and pick up key breathing techniques from the yoga tradition, movements and birth mechanics principles that help their understanding of the physiology of pregnancy as a whole.
I hope that the resources ideas above will help you stay comfortable as often as possible between classes. Inspired, informed and cared for!
